Meet Michelle
Books. Travel. Outdoors. Christmas. Tea.
In the midst of work, I still find time to enjoy reading, traveling, and doing anything outdoors (as long as it’s not below 32º). I love adventures and Christmas classics. My place of refuge is outside by our fire pit, admiring God’s creation, with a cup of hot tea in the cool months, and half/half sweet tea in the warmer months.
Seen. Called. Chosen.
With anyone’s life, we see God’s hand in our lives. My story is no different. Through many life experiences, God finally captured my heart and I haven’t looked back since. At the end of my sophomore year of high school, I had a car accident that literally changed my life. After hard conversations, I realized that my choices were about my own selfish gains, not about the kingdom. My choices were not only hurting me, but also were affecting my relationship with my Heavenly Father. From that point on, life began to focus more on Who God is and Who He called and created me to be.
God’s Tapestry
Since that pivotal night, God has designed an amazing tapestry of my life. I have experienced hurt, disappointments and betrayal, but in the midst of this, I have learned that God is El Roi, “He is the God who sees” (Genesis 16:13). My story shows how powerful God is and how He is Healer of our pain and the Author of our lives.
Jesus has met me where I am, just like He has you, and placed a calling on my life to encourage others through God’s word and proclaim truth against the enemy’s lies. For now, I will continue to share who God is, and Who He has been in my life. I will walk by faith trusting, resting, and being. My prayer is that you will know Who God is and Who He has called and created you to be.
